Room 305/306 (upstairs)

As a believer and a teacher of the Bible, I often wrestle with God and the contents of God’s Word. In addition, over the years my students have challenged me with provocative questions. Since my retirement, I have had the time and motivation to read and reflect on them. I invite you to reflect with me on some of these questions. Hear how a sampling of Christian scholars engage these issues, and then let’s discuss. Find a full class description here, and sign up at the Welcome Center.

Madison Girls |  Sanctuary

Madison Girls is a program for 2nd-5th girls focused on helping them grow in faith and allowing them to build deep discipling relationships with other girls their age and with their leaders.  It begins with worship and Bible study all together and then the girls divide up by grade level for 25-minute rotations of small group, craft, and sports.

Cadets  |  Multipurpose Room

Cadets is a program for 2nd-5th boys focused on helping them grow in faith and allowing them to build deep discipling relationships with other boys their age and with their leaders. They begin all together with some time to just hang out, play sports, or memorize verses and then divide up by grade for 30-minute rotations of Bible study, craft, and sports.

This year’s theme for both ministries is “Unsung Heroes” and the theme verse is: Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”

We are looking for more leaders to get involved. We need sports rotation leaders, volunteers to provide snacks, and floater leaders who can fill in on nights when a leader can’t make it. Contact Pastor Kristi Lewis at
