Discipleship Team Leader

Committed followers of Christ will work with a partner in gendered pairs to disciple small groups of teens to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ.

Time Commitment: Weekly or biweekly for two hours

Discipleship Team Coach

This position is for a mature follower of Christ with an interest in equipping Youth Leaders to serve teenagers effectively in the church. The Coach must have had past experience working with youth.

Time Commitment: Weekly and monthly

High School Youth Group Program Team member

Responsible for the Sunday night youth program, including but not limited to games, music, drama, announcements, speaking, and ensuring all students have a blast and receive a challenge to become more Christ-like in their everyday walk with the Lord.

Time Commitment: Sunday evenings

Middle School Youth Group Program Team member

Responsible for the Thursday night youth program at Madison, including but not limited to games, music, drama, announcements, speaking, and ensuring all students have a blast and receive a challenge to become more Christ-like in their everyday walk with the Lord. We will also be discipling our teens through small group leadership. Monthly field trips also make this ministry exciting.

Time Commitment: Thursday evenings

Grow Group Teachers

Work as a team with a co-teacher and teach provided curriculum. Grow Group teachers are responsible for the spiritual development of teens through the teaching of Godís word.

Time Commitment: 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Sunday mornings

Driver

Play an important role in making it possible for students to attend Youth Group weekly. Coordinate the van route before and after Youth Group, pick up and/or drop off students after Youth Group.

Time Commitment:

Sunday night

  • 3:45pm to 5:00pm
  • 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Thursday night

  • 5:15pm to 6:30pm
  • 8:30pm to 9:45pm

Special Events Team member

Work behind the scenes to accomplish service projects, Locks Inc., large outreach and spiritual development events. Tasks include security, working in the kitchen, registration, and games. This is a great opportunity for parents to get involved in the life of their children and serve in a rewarding ministry.

Time Commitment: Varies by event

Parent Advisory Team member

Team members assist by offering advice, prayer, and support for various activities including weekly youth meetings, retreats, and special events. Parents play an important role in this ministry.

Time Commitment: Bi-monthly meetings

Snack Coordinator

Work behind the scenes to recruit parents to provide snacks for our Youth Group meetings. You will be given a list to make phone calls as well as being responsible for setting up a snack calendar and making reminder calls. Adults of any age are welcome.

Time Commitment: 1 hour each week and to serving at special events
