If you love the Lord and want to worship him through movement, this is the ministry for you. Some dance background is helpful but not required.

Drama

If you are gifted as actors, directors, costume/makeup people, set design, stage managers, and more you can use the dramatic arts to bring people into the presence of God.

Grow Group Ministry Leader

Lead in developing the vision, long range planning, and implementation of groups to ensure that Grow Groups are providing effective spiritual growth and building community. Lead the Steering Team and works closely with the Director of Education.

Time Commitment: 1 year

Steering Team member

Helps us implement the vision and organize, plan, and evaluate Grow Groups to ensure that they meet the needs of our congregation.

Time Commitment: 1 year

Small Group Leader

Lead a Grow Group in an interactive manner with an emphasis on discovering biblical truth and practical application. Focus is on spiritual growth and building community.

Time Commitment: One and a half hours weekly or bi-weekly for twelve weeks

To Serve Children

Drama Team Member

Support the large group teaching time by creatively reinforcing the lesson with a short skit.

Time Commitment: Sunday mornings once a month and rehearsals

Ministry Leader

Lead Children’s Church or Sunday School. Establish curriculum, train teachers and ensure that the programs are a fun, safe, and effective spiritual growth experience for children.

Time Commitment: Sunday mornings

Missions Leader

Organize, plan, and host quarterly programs that focus on local and worldwide missions.

Time Commitment: ten to fifteen hours quarterly

Nursery Supervisor

Lead and teach a group of children while providing a caring environment for children and modeling nursery procedures. Work closely with the Nursery Coordinator to train Nursery volunteers.

Time Commitment: At least one Sunday each month

Nursery Assistant

Provide a caring environment for children ages infant through 3 years-old.

Time Commitment: Morning and evening shifts are available as well as special events

Operations Coordinator for Children's Church

Greet and welcome children and families. Handle set-up and storage of supplies, take care of registration and attendance, pass offering baskets, and work as a Hall Monitor.

Time Commitment: Sunday mornings

Profession of Faith Small Group Leader

Reinforce the basics of our faith: salvation and service. Requires scripture memory and encourages personal testimony in a creative, age-appropriate manner.

Time Commitment: Sunday evenings for six weeks

Small Group Leader

Teach and reinforce Biblical truths using program guides, and plan activities to build relationships with children or teens in Children’s Church or Sunday School. Emphasizes and models knowing Jesus through prayer, scripture memory and journaling.

Time Commitment: every Sunday morning for one and a half hours

Small Group Assistant

Assist in providing a safe and caring environment for children or teens and support the teaching and activities as needed.

Time Commitment: every Sunday morning for one and a half hours

Worship Team Member

Lead children or teens in worship. This is a chance for children, teens, and adults to develop their gifts of vocal and instrumental worship leading.

Time Commitment: Sunday mornings once a month for two services or less
